Kathy is a Principal Engineering Geologist with over 30 years of geotechnical, geologic and environmental experience in the Pacific Northwest. As ICE’s President, she also serves as a Contract Administrator and Technical Editor.

​Kathy has managed up to 12 employees and several multi-year contracts with total fees in excess of $1.5M. She has served as Principal and/or Project Manager on hundreds of projects, with a focus on engineering geology, critical area evaluation, environmental assessment and remediation (Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment) and permitting. Kathy is proficient at working with agency regulations and requirements (codes and standards) and managing project teams.
